Sash balance clip needed 2140P

Clip has broken off sash balance. Looking for replacement. Balance length is 22 inches not including caps on ends. 2140 P is the number stamped on the side.

Thanks for writing in! You channel balances look a lot like our Series 350 Channel Balances with a non-winged top and a winged bottom shoe with a 1-3/32" depth. Specifically, you'll need the S350-22 with a 2140 stamp.

Thank you for your response. Jasmine, it was very helpful. I'm wondering if you sell just the metal clip that is attached to the string in the first photo? The photo shown is of the good sash balance. I will attach a picture of the one with the missing clip for Clarification (the one on the right, closest to the window, is the one missing the metal clip)

I'm happy to help! I'm sorry to say that we do not sell that metal clip separately. You will need to replace the entire balance. Which, to be quite honest, would be best. The string on the balance appears to be extremely loose indicating the balance is damaged.
