These are metal frame windows. I need a pair of sash balances. Do you have a video on how to install them?

Thanks for posting! We may be able to help, but I'll need more information before I can identify what kind of balance this is. First, can you tell me the length and diameter of the tube? Could you also tell me if the window is tilt or non-tilt? That should be all we need to start. Let me know!

The sash tube is about 1/2" diameter and 28" long.

Can you confirm the diameter? I know of no spiral balances that have a 1/2" diameter. It should be either 3/8" or 5/8" (or 9/16", but that is considered 5/8" in the trade). If it's 3/8", check out our Series 900 spiral balance. If it's 5/8" or 9/16", check out our Series 600 instead.

Great, then I recommend you consider our Series 900 spiral balance.
