Sash balance for sliding aluminum wooden window

Please help choosing a replacement for this sash balance. Length 31-1/8", width 1/2". Window's size 32"x 35", about 7-14kg

I think we can supply this balance, but it doesn't look to be a stock configuration. That means it will need to be a custom order.

Specifically, your bottom nylon fitting looks like a match for our 15-193. I don't see the top nylon fitting in your photos, but I presume it looks like our 19-038. Can you confirm?

If so, please tell me how many you need and I can email you an order link and price quote for that many balances made with these two nylon fittings.

Hi! Thanks for getting back to me, yes, I confirm that both upper and lower nylon fittings have the same measurements and shape. An adjustment to the measurement (I measured again, considering that it might be a custom order). The exact length of the metal rail is 31-1/16". The rest is confirmed. I'll need two of these (right and left if it makes any difference). Thanks

We don't sell a balance with a 31-1/16" length, but I think our 31" long balance will be perfectly fine. I will email you an order link and price quote right now for two. Please let me know if you had any questions!

One last note--I've just realized that the 3030 stamp option is currently out of stock. Due to the public health crisis, there is also no confirmed ETA. I'm sorry to say that our backorders are delayed across the board and we have been given no definite timeline on when they may be back in stock. I will give you a lead time of 4-5 business weeks, which is a rough estimate, but it may be sooner or later than that, given the circumstances. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
