Hi I was hoping you could help me. I need some replacement window balances. The code stamped on the old pieces is 19 9 bx cmc 11

"19 9" is a discontinued balance code. You need to measure this balance to tell what it is.
Check out our half-inch channel balances to see if any balance Series has the same bottom shoe shown in your photo, as well as the same top attachment (not shown).
Once you have the Series, measure the metal bar to get a length, then select the proper balance.
The item webpage has a product description below the photo of the product, and that description contains a chart. If you look up the weight of your window sash (remove it and weigh it), the chart tells you which option to choose.
