Sash balance replacement

I have Andersen dual payne double hung windows that were installed in 1973. They are in good shape but, I have some broken cords. I have removed the top plate and the only numbers found are: a small D1 space 7 space 27. The windows are 36 wide X 45 high. What replacement balances do I need?

Hi there!

If your balance is marked "727", then you'll need our 24-737 Andersen sash balance. This is meant to replace old Andersen Sash Balances that have the stamp code 7#27 or 727.
