Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to say that I am not familiar with a what a stopper is. Was this a part shown in our video? If so, can you please describe its functions or at what part of the video you saw it.
In regard to determining the size of the balance, you'll need to obtain a few measurements from the balance. Take a look at the video below for the details needed to identify the balances you have.
