Sash balance replacement needed

Question

We're headed to Romania June 1 on a mission trip. The disabled adult home we'll be working with needs repairs to their windows which came from the states. The director provided the attached photos but not much else. The windows don't tilt. They 36 long ones and 17 short ones. Is it possible to identify what we need? What other info would be helpful? This is new to me and I couldn't sort through all the possibilities.

It appears the balances are either our Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need.

When determining the length, only measure the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments. The balance marked with 28 3 should measure 29" and you will need a 2830 spring strength stamp option. While the 15 4 balance should be 16" long and you will need a 1540 stamp option.
