A quick learner from Poughkeepsie, NY says:

The first photo is Pivot Lock Shoes for the double hung window.

The second photo is sash balance: the length of the vinyl tube is 32".

Thanks for contacting us. We should be able to supply both the pivot shoe and balance, but I'd like you to clarify your dimensions. Specifically, can you confirm the thickness of the shoe? 19/32" is extraordinarily skinny for pivot shoes in this style.

Can you also tell me the diameter of the spiral balance's outer tube? It should be either 3/8" or 5/8", or maybe 9/16".

Let me know!

It's very hard to determine your measurements with just a tape measure in a photo, I'm afraid. It looks like the shoe is 1-1/16" wide, which is not a size I've ever seen, and 9/16" thick, which is very common. The balance diameter also looks like 9/16", which would make it our Series 600.

Can you confirm the width? It should be more like 1-1/4". If it's 1-1/4" wide and 9/16" thick, then you could potentially use our 15-121 as a substitute.
