Sash balancer

Question

I need to supply replacement sash balancers for my customers vertical sliding windows. The manufacturer is unknown, the windows were installed in the late 90's each sash is 32" wide and 22" tall.

Thanks for posting, John. Can you confirm the size of your hardware? I can't match your dimensions up to anything. We specifically need to know the width and thickness of the shoe and the thickness of the spring. Please be as precise as possible. I think you might have our 15-111 shoe, along with our Series 160 spring, but you'll have to confirm that our sizes match up. If I'm right, you can reuse your old covers.
