We can assist with a replacement balance, but to further review, are you able to show us a clearer image of the attachment at the end of the pulley string that connects to the pivot shoe in the window channel? Unfortunately this part is being blocked by the foam block. From there we can get a clearer idea of the correct balance for your window. Thank you!

Your balance is a custom configuration using the 15-170 snap on clip. We will need to assemble the balance using a S770-30, 30D stamp option and adding the 15-170 clip on for you along with a rivet at the top for an S-clip installation, like the 19-029 or 19-030.
How many balances are you in need of? Custom orders have a minimum of (2). From there I can send over an order link with pricing for your review.
Unfortunately the pivot shoes that the balance connects to is discontinued. Are you able to reuse your originals?
