This is a picture of the original balancer. I think I ordered the wrong parts from you guys as the balancers I received don't have enough tension to lift up the sash.

Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear that the original balances you ordered didn't out for you. Look at our 24-837 instead. This is meant to replace Andersen balances with the stamp code '827', which I believe is the first few digits of the code along the metal tab on your balance.
