Sash balancer for a very old window

Question

I have two windows that are about 100 years old. The go up but don't stay up. I have been told their balancer should be changed. I was wondering if your window balance bracket will work for my windows.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the old-style window bracket shown in your photos. I also do not believe that you'd be able to modify something like the 17-083 to work.
