Sash balancer needs replacing

Question

The strings on the sash balancer have snapped for the bottom window, they are Andersen Windows. I included pictures, but they may not be the best. The numbers are 11600-17 on one side and the other side is BP 32  12#27 11-86. Is it possible they are custom made? Any help on what part is needed to replace it is appreciated.

Thanks for posting. See our 24-1231. This will replace Andersen balances with the stamp 12#27, or 1227.
