Sash balancer replacement needed

Question

The broken balancer is on a bathroom window with the lower sash that slides up and down. I think the windows are from around 1991.
I want to replace both sides, which should be straightforward if I can find the matching part. One side is functioning but old. The other the tab broke off that secures the balancer to the frame.

Thanks for posting. Based on these photos, you might have either a Series 378, Series 380 or Series 385 Channel Balance. The difference between these three balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best.
