Sash balancers are broken

Question

Sash is approximately 31x31.  Both balancers on the bottom sash are broken as you can see. So balancer kits are required for the bottom sash.

Your balance shoe is the 15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe, which is compatible with the 26-241 Pivot Bar and the Series 160 Coil Balance. I've tagged a few of the compatible supports (covers) below for your review. You'll need to confirm the number of coils on your assembly to determine which of them is the correct replacement.
