Sash balancers - need help and quote

We have purchased from you before.
Please see the photos attached.

Need your help in identifying these parts.

Stamp in frame is 27C ID5 CMC 54
channel length 27"
channel width and height is 9/16"
Plastic piece 1 7/32" wide, 17/32" deep and 1 1/4" tall.
And quote $ for 4 pieces.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. I actually don't recognize this balance off-hand, but give us a little time to look into it. This will very likely have to be a custom order, assuming it's still something we can get a hold of. I'll try to get back to you ASAP.

I don't think we can supply this exact balance, unfortunately. One Series we have that I think might work is our S795-27. This is a 27" long metal channel with a 1-1/4" wide T-Lock shoe. I would also recommend the 27C stamp.

One major difference is that our balance is screwed to the top instead of using a hook in the top hole. To remedy this, you would use a 26-200 screw plug and a 33-090 installation screw.

Look these parts over and let me know what you think of my suggestions.
