Sash balancer/shoe identification

Good afternoon! Both coil balance shoes appear to be broken. It looks like the coil retracted. I did a reverse image search but cannot find a shoe that looks exactly like this. Appreciate any help!

Updating this request with an additional photo. Both shoes are broken. It looked like there was a piece of plastic that ran across the top of the shoe broke off and the coil has retracted. The only info I have on the make/model is what I have in the photo. I just need to figure out what part(s) I need. I did a reverse search but could not find any shoes that looked similar. Thank you!

Hello,

I can't be sure with the hardware still installed but what I can make out resembles the 15-191 pivot shoe, which use the Series 160 coil springs. The determining factor will be how the specifications below compare to yours. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
