Sash balances

Question

Hi ? I have four Andersen sash balances (two windows) that I need identified, and two more balances to (one) different window.

First four balances-

For parts #11600-17, I have stamped on them R13 927 1-88, and on the tangs each is stamped R29 2 89

Other 2 balances

Parts numbers 11600-17, sashs stamped 927, and on tangs is stamped R28 1288

Could you tell me what (4) and (2) balances I need for all 3 windows?-

Hey Matt. For the Andersen balances stamped R13 927, you'll need our 24-R13-927. Note that this is a right-handed balance; for the left side of the window, you will need the 24-L9-1327.

For the balance boxes that are simply stamped 927, you can use the 23-939. These are non-handed balances, meaning they will work on both sides of the sash. Let me know if you have further questions.
