Your balance looks to be a match for the Series 351 or Series 390. The best match will depend on the bottom shoe's depth as shown below. Yours appears to have broken off so you'll want to measure an undamaged version for an accurate measurement. There should also be a stamp printed on the back of the metal channel. Can you tell us what that is?
