Please see and compare the dimensions of the 15-111 pivot shoe. This shoe is compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 160 or 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs. Measure the original spring to confirm the correct series. The spring should have a number stamped on it that will indicate the weighted option needed to support the window sash.

If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward. Once a series is confirmed, take a look at the compatible covers on the product page.
