Sash balances for Andersen Windows

Hello, we have Andersen double hung windows that were installed when the house was built in 1986, and several of the sash cords have broken. I watched your video about replacement of the sash balance and it looks simple enough; what do you need from me to identify the correct balance for my windows?

To identify your Andersen balance, simply remove the balance from the window and read the markings on the metal exterior. There should be several numbers. List any markings you can read. As well, can you post a picture, in case there are markings that we can reveal via photo enhancement?
