Sash balances for Gienow window

Question

I'm trying to find replacement sash balances for two different window sizes. I believe I found the one I need (S385), but I have no idea what the sash weight should be.

I need both 19" and 29" channel lengths.

Hello PB. For the S385-19 channel balance, your stamp number of "18 5" would correspond with our 1850 option. As for the S385-29 channel balance, your stamped number of "28-4" corresponds to our 2840 option. I hope this has answered your question. If you should need any further help, please let me know.
