Sash cams

I need replacement sash cams for metal frame windows. They are 1 1/2" in length, 1/2" wide, 7 1/16 deep (at wide depth), 3/16" (at thin depth) and the top of cam is 1" x 5/8". I have just received my balance spring kits from your company and didn't realize the sash cams were damaged. Please let me know which cams I need, thank you David Smith
