Hello,
I have a few windows that have broken sash cams and the balance comes up to the top of the windows. The balance seems to be fine-strings are good. Please let me know what I need to fix them. The current sash cams measure 22 mm across and 12-13mm from front to back. The length down is 3.3 cm. Hope this helps!

Thanks for reaching out to us! This part is called a top sash guide. Yours in particular looks similar in design to our 18-166 but you will need to review our dimensions to verify that everything matches.
