I can not find these items anywhere. I have to replace them all in my house. They all use the same part.

Hello, thank you for writing in. For your top sash guide, take a look at the parts I've listed on the side. You will need to review and compare their dimensions to your original part. You also show a channel balance. If you need to replace the channel balance as well, I will need to see images of the plastic attachments at either end. Many thanks!
