I need right and left sash caps.
1 7/16" long. Top is 3/4" x 1/2".
Bottom is 1/2" wide. Hole is 1/4" from top.

Your dimensions come very close to our 18-036 top sash guide, but you would need to drill in the screw hole. Look this part over and see what you think.
