Sash channel stamp confirmation

The sash channels I need to replace have the imprint 86-26-4 CB5 CMC-866. I am assuming this is equivalent to the 2640, please confirm or correct.

Correct, a stamp code of 26-4 conforms to our stamp option of 2640. Note that these stamp codes do not designate the balance's identity; they merely denote its spring calibration. So if you're not sure what kind of channel balance you have, send us pictures of the end fittings and we'll do our best to ID it for you.
