We can assist with your repair, but to further review, are you able to show us the inside of the metal channel where we can view the connection point between the spring and pulley connection. Please also confirm the number stamped on the metal channel.
For the top sash guide, it is too damaged to confirm an exact replacement. To further review, are you able to provide an undamaged view of the other side? Start by reviewing the dimensions of the 18-166 and let us know how they compare to move forward. Thank you!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
You will need a 30" balance with a 2930 stamp option. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!
