Sash clip connecting the steel cable at opposite end of the balance to the sash

Thanks for reaching out to us! There is a good chance we can supply you with a replacement for the balance clip you need, however I'll need to see a photo of it to determine the correct replacement. If the balance you have is still installed in the window, I'll need to see a photo of it removed.
