Sash coil balance

Question

Two of our windows are not holding up. The windows and parts do not have any markings on them. The two pictures are of the side that appears broken. We were able to identify that these parts may be the problem after viewing the video on your site.

This resembles our 15-180, which uses the Series 190 coil springs, and 26-243 & 26-244 tilt latches but you'll need to compare our dimensions with yours to confirm these match up to your original hardware.
