Sash cord broke on kitchen window

Question

I've lived in house for 45 years and the Anderson window was here when we moved in. Right sash cord broke a week ago. Double hung, IGU window with wood frame. Frame is 35 in X 19.5 in for one sash. Two pictures attach of right sash balancer. Looks like it has this info presses into metal: EE 6 23 117

Can you identify a RT and LF balancer to use as a replacement? Also are there any tricks I should know for this vintage window different from the current youtube video, esp for removing plastic guides on the left hand side. Good to do on a warm day?

I haven't removed the balancers yet until I have replacement parts

Thanks for posting. See our 24-637. This is meant to replace Andersen balances that include the stamp code 623, and will work with both sides of the window. Replacing these balances certainly can be a tricky process. While I think the overall process ought to be similar to what we show in our video, one thing I'd like to draw attention to is the fact that I believe your older balance lacks a tab that newer Andersen balances, including our replacements, do have. Because of this, you'll need to chisel out the header to make room for the tab in your window frame. See the picture below for details.
