Sash counterbalance part id

A counterbalance in one of our vinyl, tilt out windows broke recently. The dimensions of the balance are 2.5" tall, 3/4" wide and 1/5" deep. The spring, which broke, on the counterbalance has either a 6z or z9 ID on it. Do you have any idea if I may buy a replacement part. Thank you so much for your help.

Thanks for posting. The housing looks like our 15-087. Do you agree? If so, I'd also recommend our Series 180 coil spring.

Sure, you simply have to match up the number printed on your coil with the options we have listed for this Series.
