Sash counterspring cord attachment

I am trying to find a replacement for these small beige plastic parts where my window's counterspring cord attaches to the sash. The plastic has fatigued at the larger hole where it is screwed to the sash. The windows have absolutely no identifying brand or part numbers. They came with a Mountaineer log home "kit" in 1987. I have some vague recollection that the kit had Peachtree windows, but there is nothing anywhere to confirm that and that may have referred to the glass doors included in the kit. I am not sure what these parts are called in the world of window repair. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated as these counterspring points are failing left and right, yet the windows are otherwise fine. Many thanks!

Hello there!
This part reminds me of the 15-159. This looks like it may be the part you're searching for. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.

This is exactly the part I need, and now that I see it, I recall that our log home kit did say Malta windows, data I'd long forgotten. In a crazy twist, the same day I made the above inquiry to you, I was speaking to my son in Oldsmar, FL. I told him that I found this firm in NJ who might be able to help me with my window problems. He said, yeah, Swisco! That very same day, he had independently found Swisco and ordered parts for his windows, too.
I've ordered the part you found for me and really appreciate your help!
