Hi,
I have double hung windows from circa 1988. The top sash no longer catches the balance and I'm not sure why or which parts to replace.

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement parts for the jamb liner balance assembly shown in your photos. If possible, I'd recommend reaching out to the window manufacturer directly. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
