I recognize this top sash guide. I'm afraid it's no longer made, but we believe you can use our 18-066 as a substitute. Look it over and see what you think.

I don't think so. That's pretty much the only one left that will replace your old style. It actually went through a few iterations; when the top sash guide you have now was discontinued, they made a metal replacement that was then also discontinued. Then THAT got its own replacement... which was also discontinued. The 18-066 is the fourth generation. I know it looks different, but I think it should work well for you.
