Sash guide

Question

I'm looking for white top sash guides (need 10) but can't find the specific size I need. If a different size will work please let me know. I attached a Drawling of the piece I need. I'm having difficulty with the windows and didn't want to remove it again to take a picture since I live in Florida and it's dark out now 9:22pm (The mosquitoes love my blood). I appreciate any help and advice you can give.
