I placed an order on June 28th in which I ordered, among several channel braces, 26 Top sash guides #18-009. Although this model of sash guides are the same width and the top screw hole is close to fitting they are not as long as I need and, as such, the second hole is not in the proper place. Attached are three images of the guide I need. The sash guides that I need to replace are 1 9/16" long and the same width as the 18-009's. The top overhang part of the sash guides is also the same width. The guide I need to replace are universal and have boxes for the screws, not holes. I am under a time crunch to get these windows repaired and need at least 26 top sash guides. I did not see what I need on your website and if what I need are available in aluminum I would be happy to have those instead of the white plastic ones.

Can you compare the measurements of your guide to the 18-166 top sash guide in our catalog? The 18-166 might be a match.

The 18-166 seems to be close but it is not exact. It is one to two 16th"s thinner than the original in almost all the side measurements. Will that affect the opening, closing ans long term durability of the windows?

I really cannot say, but the 18-166 is the closest match.
