Sash guide screw holes

Question

Does the 18-009 sash guide have 2 screw holes or 1? Could you post a photo of the screw hole side? I am using this sash guide along with the 2740 channel balances. Also, the dimensions of this sash guide match with the dimensions of the existing guide in the window. Are there any other sah guides with the same dimensions? Thanks.
