We'd be happy to help but we'll need more information to get started. Could you elaborate on where the part in your first photo installs? It reminds me of window glazing used to keep the glass inside the frame, but it may also be a cover for your balances. 

As for the balances themselves, unfortunately, the one shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. We would need to see an intact balance removed from the other side or from an identical window to compare to our inventory. Please make sure to include both ends and the clip at the end of the pulley cord. Thank you!
