Sash header and foot replacement

Question

I ordered the wrong header (S710-29, option 2830) for my sash. I am attaching a picture of our old header and foot. Thank you for your help.

Sorry to hear about the trouble! This looks more like our Series 390 channel balance. Don't let the color of the ends fool you, that doesn't matter. It's more important that the shape and dimensions are the same.
