Sash hooks on awning window

Hi - i bought a lever operator last summer and replaced the old one myself. The awning window is quite big - over 40' wide - and the sash hook seems quite small. With the window closed, the lever pulls the window tight to the frame where the sash hook sits but on either end, it does not seal tightly (the frame is wood and so there is some flex and bend). Do you sell any wider sash hooks that would distribute the force of the lever more evenly across the bottom of the window and make it easier to get a tight seal at either end of the frame itself? The old sash hook was bigger but I got rid of it and did not realize the problem until winter rolled around and we were getting cold air in the gaps at either end of the frame.

Thanks - hope this makes sense,

Andrew

P.s. The window was made by Dashwood in the 1980s if that makes any difference.

Thanks for posting, Andrew! Please take a look at our 39-070 Lever Lock Operator, which has a double pull. It might be better with the two pulls. Also be sure to check the width, as it is a little wider than the 39-069. Would it be more ideal?
