Sash latch replacement

A quick learner from Cape Coral, FL says:

The plastic sash latches need replaced after 14 years. The windows are contractor grade single single hung. Looking to replace with similar part or upgrade of the same dimensions.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 26-394 to yours. The only difference is that ours does not have the same nite lock shown at the top of your latch, which is no longer available. Thanks for posting!
