Hello there. I'm sure we can help, but can you show me clearer pictures of the nylon fittings on the ends of both sets of balances? I need to see undamaged versions to confirm if either or both fittings have side tabs, or wings. Also, are there stamps on these balances? I need to see those as well. From there I shall be able to help.

If the metal channel, not including the fittings, is 25" long, then you have either an S380-25 or S385-25. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. The image below depicts the difference.

For a stamp option, you'll need to weigh the window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option under the balance product description.
