I believe they are kawneer windows. Double hung, vinyl window.

Center to center is 2 1/16"

Thanks for the information. It appears the deep set of your window lock appears to measure 11/16". Could you confirm? If so, then you may want to take a look and consider our 90-278 lock and keeper. Look at the detailed diagram below of our lock and see if everything matches up with yours.

The lock actually over hangs so when the window is locked you can't see the receiver that is on the top sash. It looks like the center of the hole in the bottom sash is 3/8" from the outside edge.

Hey there, maybe I can help. I wasn't able to find an exact match for your lock, but after reviewing your dimensions I think our 90-161 is worth looking at. This has a backset of 11/16", which is closer to your 3/8". See if that can work for you.
