This sash lock can be replaced with the 38-098 RH EntryGard Sash Lock. The left handed version is the 38-097. I confident these should work but carefully look over the dimensions below to confirm that it will be a fit for your repair.
Both locks are compatible with the 38-079 Casement Sash Lock Keeper.
