Sash lock and balances for Alpine Windows

Trying to replace these sash locks and spring balancers for these Alpine windows that have become hard to open or fall down.

Can you tell me the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole, on this sash lock? I'll do my best to find what you need from there. I am afraid that stamp code only tells us the balance's strength, not its identity. See the video below.
