Hello! Your first lock here is a bit hard to make out, since so much of it is obscured by the sash frame, but odds are it's going to be a match for our 90-294. You'll want to remove the original and compare it to this product before you buy anything, just to be safe.

For the second lock, the best match is going to once again depend on size, specifically the position of the installation holes. My best guesses are either the 90-274 or 90-278. Review them both and see which one, if either, is a better fit.
