Sash locks, tilt latches, weather stripping and if possible vinyl sash lift
We should be able to help with these parts, but I need more information in each case.
Starting with the lock and tilt latch, I need you to tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center.
For the weather stripping, I need you to remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear photo of the end profile. We will also need the size of the end profile.
Lastly, the sash lift appears to be part of the vinyl frame of the sash, which isn't something we can help with. You have to contact the original manufacturer for that.
Please make sure all dimensions are written clearly and precisely in your response.

please note, I'm looking for pricing on these parts mainly for estimating purposes. I plan to verify all measurements once again prior to ordering.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we don't sell either a lock nor a tilt latch with the hole spacings listed. Can you kindly verify in each case? Make sure to measure from the center of each hole, not their edges. If you're confident in the provided sizes then they are not something we can supply.
Regarding the weatherstripping, we still need a shot of the end profile in order to ID a match.
