Sash mouting hardware

Question

The sashes have come loose from the sash mount.  Do you have replacements

Thanks for reaching out. There is a good chance we do have a replacement for you but, I'll need to see a photo of your original hardware to identify the correct replacements.

If any of the hardware is installed in a channel or is obstructed in any way, it may be best to remove it so we can make the most accurate recommendation.
