Sash pivot bar of unknown make

A home owner from San Francisco says:
I don't see any markings on the existing hardware. These are double hung windows installed about 15 years ago. The "pins" seem to be about 3/4" long - if not slightly under - and the side that attaches to the window body is about 1 1/4" inch long with two screw holes. Thanks.

Take a look at our 26-402. Look it over and see if you think you could use this as a replacement.
